Terms of Service
These terms describe how you may use tabbaze, a personal hub for websites and links.
1. Provider and scope
Provider: David Struhs (individual, independent tabbaze project), Switzerland. David Struhs, Schorenstr. 68, 9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland. Contact: support@tabbaze.com.
These terms apply to the tabbaze website and web application. Any additional terms for paid services will be displayed before purchase.
2. The service
tabbaze lets you organise your own websites and links into projects, categories and tiles. Available features depend on the version and plan offered at the time.
In the local Free version, workspace data is generally stored in your own browser. Clearing browser data or switching devices may cause data loss. Use the export features available to you for backups.
3. Accounts and security
For account-based features you must provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for actions initiated from your account to the extent permitted by law.
Contact support@tabbaze.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use and third-party links
Do not use tabbaze unlawfully, circumvent security measures, overload the service or infringe others' rights.
You are responsible for links you save. tabbaze does not control external websites or guarantee their content, availability or privacy practices.
5. Paid plans
The current beta may be offered free of charge. Paid features, prices, usage limits, taxes, subscription periods and cancellation terms only apply when expressly presented and agreed during purchase.
The current Free beta does not include an active subscription checkout. Pricing, payment terms, subscription periods and cancellation options will be disclosed before paid subscriptions become available.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security measures or technical incidents may affect access.
Features may change within reasonable limits. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Ending use and your data
You can stop using the local version and remove local data in your browser at any time. Account deletion and any subscription cancellation process will reflect the functionality actually offered.
Back up any content you wish to keep through the export features available to you.
8. Liability and law
Liability is governed by applicable law. Mandatory rights, including those concerning intentional misconduct or gross negligence, are not excluded.
Swiss law applies to the extent legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules.
